Keep calm and carry on planning!
After the announcement by the government on Monday 23rd March 2020 we have taken the decision to close our doors until further notice. Check with your insurance providers and we're happy to discuss any concerns they may have and will do what we can to help. We hope this will only be for a month or so and we’ll be up and running again by the end of April if everyone behaves themselves and stays away from each other!!
See you all on the other side!!
We just wanted to put out a statement as we realise the corona virus may be adding to your stress levels during your planning.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will follow the advice given by Public Health Wales and the Government.
We suggest that for peace of mind you check your insurance policy and also check with your suppliers what their contingency plans are.
We would suggest you advise your guests to be sensible and take all relevant health precautions – where they are travelling from, who they have come into any contact with, any underlying health issues.
We will communicate directly if there are any relevant updates.
Stay informed, keep calm and keep planning.
We will provide extra hand sanitisers for guests and staff on site. Hand washing facilities are also provided.
From Public Health Wales:
New travel advice, information and restrictions are coming into place on a daily basis.
Remember - prevention is always better than cure. As with the flu virus, the most effective way to protect yourself from Covid-19 Coronaviris is to adopt good respiratory and hand hygiene to prevent the risk of infection and a ‘catch it, bin it, kill it’ approach to coughs and sneezes.
The best way to protect yourself and others is:
wash your hands with soap and water, and/or use a sanitiser gel, regularly throughout the day;
catch your cough or sneeze in a tissue, throw away the used tissue, bin it, and wash your hands;
if you don’t have a tissue, use your sleeve;
avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands; and
avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
