Day Coordination
You’ll have me happily whizzing around in the background — keeping suppliers in line, smoothing out hiccups, and sorting the chaos before you even spot it. Whether you choose the basics or full‑day coordination, I’ll keep everything relaxed, organised and totally stress‑free so you can just enjoy your wedding while I handle the mischief behind the scenes.
Standard Coordination (Included in Venue Hire)
I'll welcome the Registrar on arrival, ensure they have a designated parking space, offer them a drink, and guide you through their process. I’ll be on hand during your interviews and available until the ceremony is complete and they have departed.
I'll coordinate with your musicians and organise the Bridal Party up into the woods. I'll be waiting at the barrel to fluff out any dresses and fix any veils.
I’ll ensure the toilet facilities are clean, stocked, and guest-ready before/during your day.
Full Day Coordination

I’ll be your behind-the-scenes calm, ensuring everything goes to plan!
Order of the Day - I will review the schedule with you on the Friday before your wedding and keep everything running as close to plan as possible throughout your day. You can also send me a copy before if you need advice on timings.
Florist Coordination - I’ll liaise with your florist, show them the Woods or Small Barn, (step ladder included), and ensure they’re fully set up. I’ll also make sure everyone receives their bouquets and buttonholes on time.
Bar Staff & Drinks - I’ll liaise with the bar staff to confirm everything is in place and ensure arrival and welcome drinks are served at the correct time.
Photographer/Videographer Welcome - I’ll meet your photographer and/or videographer, show them around the venue, and point out the best spots for confetti shots, group photos, and more.
Caterer Support - I’ll make sure your caterers know where to set up, have everything they need, and help manage unloading and moving vehicles on and off-site.
Evening reception - I’ll orchestrate the switch-over, tables/chairs away, dance floor ready, a reminder to cut the cake & first dance!
Band/DJ - I’ll welcome your entertainment team, help them find their setup space, and ensure they have all necessary power points and handle any last-minute tech needs.
Evening catering - I’ll be there to greet your evening food vendors, assist with access, and coordinate van/truck movements for smooth setup.
End-of-Day - I’ll oversee the safe closure of bar, band, and venue so you can focus on reliving your perfect day..
